Inductive Proximity Sensors
In industrial production proximity sensors and distance sensors are required. Lunatone offers low-cost solutions based on hall sensors as well as precise inductive transducers which do not need any calibration. Our assortment ranges from digital proximity switches to analog transducers with 8-10bit resolution.
Rotary Encoders
In drive technology the knowledge about the exact rotor position of an electric machine is necessary for many operations. Lunatone developed a special low-cost sensor with 4000 increments per revolution and quadrature output (usable up to 10000rpm). If required different resolution rates and output signals can be programmed. The linear encoders are based on the same principle. They are used in Lunatone’s linear motor drive systems (25 micron resolution, maximum speed: 5m/s).
